The Class of 2025 gathered in Adams Dining Hall on Sunday, February 23, to celebrate a major milestone—just 100 days until graduation. The evening offered students great food, beautifully decorated tables, and a chance to reflect on their journey while looking ahead to the future.
The celebration kicked off with a spread of appetizers and elegantly crafted mocktails, setting a festive tone for the night. Soon after, students sat down to a thoughtfully prepared meal featuring a variety of options, including beef, chicken, ravioli, and a roasted vegetable medley. Laughter and conversation filled the hall as classmates reminisced about their years at the Hill and the friendships that had shaped their experience.
Dean of the Class of 2025, Kelly Wosleger, took to the podium to address the Sixth Form, delivering heartfelt words of encouragement. She urged students to focus on making the most of their remaining time at school, cautioning against the tendency to get lost in anticipation of graduation. “Because when graduation comes and goes, and the Hill becomes a memory,” she reflected, “it won’t be the countdowns you remember. It’ll be the late-night talks, the laughter, the Disney magic, and the quiet moments of connection that mattered most.”
Following Wosleger’s remarks, Head Prefect Chip Genung ’25 took the stage to offer his own reflections on the journey of the Class of 2025. He spoke about the challenges they had overcome, the bonds they had forged, and the shared experiences that had brought them to this point. With a mix of humor and sincerity, he encouraged his classmates to embrace these final days together, making the most of every opportunity to celebrate, connect, and create lasting memories.
A highlight of the evening was the much-anticipated announcement of this year’s Baccalaureate speakers. Helen Marshall ’25 took the floor to share that retiring faculty member Todd Eckerson and fellow classmate Easton Masse ’25 had been chosen for this honor. The announcement was met with great excitement, signifying the impact both speakers had made on the community.
